These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.grubpak.com, owned by ALLIED PRINT MANUFACTURING S.A. DE C.V., with RFC APM200610G58 and registered address at Calle Monte Bajo 113, Parque Industrial 200, CP 66368, Santa Catarina, N.L., Mexico.
The COMPANY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, or remove these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part at any time. It is the responsibility of Users and Clients to regularly review these Terms and Conditions in order to be aware of such changes or modifications.
Through its website www.grubpak.com, the COMPANY provides information about its products and offers the possibility of purchasing them. Due to the content and purpose of the Website, persons wishing to benefit from its services must acquire the status of "Client", which is obtained by completing the registration form and receiving an email confirmation from the COMPANY. The status of Client implies adherence to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of accessing the Website.
The COMPANY reserves the right to deny service, remove accounts, or cancel orders at its discretion.
Certain pages of the Website are accessible to natural or legal persons who do not register or initiate a product purchase (hereinafter, "Users"). By accessing these parts of the Website, Users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions to the extent applicable.
The COMPANY hereby informs Clients and Users that the content and use of its Website is exclusively reserved for persons over the age of 18, and that the territory in which the COMPANY accepts and distributes orders is limited to the United Mexican States (hereinafter, the "Territory"). The COMPANY does not ship orders outside the Territory.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product descriptions displayed on the Website are based on information provided directly by the COMPANY. However, the information about each product, as well as photographs, videos, trade names, brands, or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the COMPANY’s Website, are provided on www.grubpak.com for guidance purposes only.
Products are available for purchase only in full cases as the unit of measure.
Some products and/or services, due to their nature, may be subject to particular and/or additional terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and Conditions and the particular conditions, the latter shall prevail.
These particular sales conditions will always be accessible to Users and Clients via a link within the specific product and/or service description. It is essential that all Users and/or Clients read the particular conditions before making a purchase in order to be aware of the applicable terms, conditions, and restrictions.
PRICES
All product and/or service prices listed on the Website include VAT and any other applicable taxes. However, these prices do not include shipping costs, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the Client.
The COMPANY reserves the right to vary the price of any product when deemed appropriate. Such variation will take effect immediately upon publication of the modified price on the Website.
Although the COMPANY takes all reasonable measures to ensure that details, descriptions, and prices appearing on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If the COMPANY discovers an error in the price of any product ordered by the Client, it will inform the Client as soon as possible and offer the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling it. If the COMPANY cannot contact the Client, the order will be treated as canceled. If the Client cancels an order after payment has been made, the COMPANY will issue a full refund using the original method of payment.
AVAILABILITY
The COMPANY informs Clients that the number of units available is updated with warehouse stock. Under no circumstances will the COMPANY intentionally sell more units than it has in inventory.
If, due to reasons outside the COMPANY’s control (such as human error or IT system incidents), the actual stock differs from that expected, and the ordered product is unavailable, the Client will be notified by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order or informed of the delivery time for the missing product.
Partial cancellation due to unavailability does not entitle the Client to cancel the entire order.
PAYMENT
The Client agrees to pay at the time the order is placed.
The final purchase price will include the base price plus shipping costs. These costs will be shown to the Client prior to finalizing the purchase.
The purchase receipt or invoice will be available to the Client on www.grubpak.com in the “My Account” → “Orders” section.
Payments may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or PayPal.
The Client must notify the COMPANY of any improper or fraudulent charges made to their card via email or telephone as soon as possible so that appropriate action can be taken.
SECURITY
The COMPANY uses industry-standard security measures. Payments are processed on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that:

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once an order has been placed and the Terms and Conditions accepted, the COMPANY will always send the Client a confirmation email with the order details.
ORDER CANCELLATION
The COMPANY will accept order cancellations if requested before production, processing, and/or shipping begins. If the Client wishes to cancel after this stage, they may request a return instead.
Cancellations must be requested via email at contacto@grubpak.com.
The COMPANY reserves the right to cancel transactions, even if payment is confirmed, for reasons such as lack of stock, fraudulent purchases, etc.
